Review: "95% Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Viognier this certified organic winery produces outstanding quality at reasonable prices offering classic Cabernet flavors of fresh herb, olive, cedar, and cassis. Focused and intense, with a charming rustic side and broad tannins that firm up on the finish."

My Review: The nose was of a classic red to me, it had a pretty good amount of legs during the swirl and sniff, but the one thing that didn't come out at all to me was the cedar scent. I was expecting that to be more pungent in the nose, but it wasn't at all and I liked that. The taste was a bit drier than I typically drink but it had a good body to it. It wasn't too full but it was just enough to remind me of that classic red. I do admire this specific winery on their original packaging. When I first saw it I literally said "adult juice box!" It has a very environmental friendly feel as well as it's convenient for being on the go. I do however worry that if you don't drink it all in one sitting that it may change the flavor a little different than perhaps glass would. All in all very good, a little dry but I would certainly try this with a classic red meat course.

On this occasion I tasted this wine on its own without food
